Vision
I see therapy not only as an opportunity to heal and improve well-being and functioning, but also as a supportive environment for growth in self-understanding, clarity, and choice. My work is grounded in deep respect for each client’s unique complexity, including their personal and family history, culture, strengths, struggles, and potential.
At its best, therapy helps people develop insight, wisdom, resilience, and self-trust. While therapy can be a meaningful long-term support for many, I approach my work with the intention of fostering self-leadership and self-determination. My aim is to support clients in building lives that don’t revolve around therapy, but are strengthened by it.
I am trained in evidence-based practices to ensure that treatment is effective, practical, and grounded in current psychological research. At the same time, I believe my strength as a therapist lies in intuition and clinical discernment. I value the subtler dimensions of healing and growth: insight, self-awareness, emotional clarity, felt strength, and the empowerment that emerges through presence and genuine relationship.
My approach to psychotherapy is integrative, drawing from behavioral psychology, existential therapy, mindfulness, Jungian thought, and humanistic values. Regardless of modality or framework, I aim to offer a space of integrity, authenticity, and collaboration.
I see my work not just as a commitment to helping individual clients, but as a way of contributing to a world with happier, healthier, and more capable people.
