Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
Millions of Americans struggle with Obsessive-compulsive disorder or OCD. OCD is a mental disorder characterized by obsessive thoughts, images, or urges and repetitive, compulsive behaviors and avoidances intended to bring relief from distress. By using a highly effective and specialized form of CBT called Exposure and Response Prevention, I help clients reclaim their life from OCD.

Psychedelic Integration
Psychedelic experiences can offer profound insights, open up new perspectives, bring up powerful emotions, and surface impactful memories. These experiences don’t always make sense right away and can be challenging to integrate or move on from. I provide support in making meaning of these experiences and integrating them into daily life, with attention and care paid to both psychological stability and authentic transformation.
-
Depression
Depression often shows up as a loss of energy, meaning, or connection to self and others. Together, we can explore the behavioral, emotional, relational, and existential dimensions of your experience. We will work to lighten the weight you carry, develop a more robust sense of resilience, change behavioral patterns, and kindle a sense of hope and purpose.
-
Anxiety Disorders
Anxiety can take many forms including general worries, social anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, and more. At its core, anxiety is a fundamental part of a nervous system trying to stay safe. I help clients understand and gain insight around their anxiety, become desensitized to fears through intentional and systematic exposure, and develop skills and wisdom to navigate this internal alarm system that’s grown out of balance.

Spiritual & Existential Issues
At times life brings us to questions that don’t have easy answers: Who am I? What matters? Can I change? What is true beyond what I’ve been taught? How can I be satisfied living in a society where there is so much suffering? I offer a supportive and attentive space to explore these deeper concerns and related challenging emotions. Whether they arise through suffering, shock, spiritual awakening, or loss, I meet them with integrity, sincerity, and depth.

PTSD & C-PTSD
Post-traumatic stress can leave a person feeling stuck in survival mode with a distorted sense of what is possible. This often looks like being haunted by the past, feeling hyperaware in the present, and being unsure of safety and one’s self. I help clients gently process trauma, rebuild a sense of inner trust, and create a life less driven by fear and more rooted in connection and deliberate choice.
